LNJ 2009 #4 - Forum on the Future of New Jersey, Panel #3 - Prologue to the debate

The 2009 Forum on the Future of New Jersey, sponsored by Leadership New Jersey, featured two keynote presentations and three panels on the topic, “Who will be New Jersey’s First Lieutenant Governor? And what should the Lieutenant Governor do once elected?”
